Information about you that we collect, and how we use this information

If you are completing a Staff Satisfaction Survey as part of the Digital Health Check process, we use cookies to limit your ability to provide multiple responses from a single computer/browser.

For the Digital Transformation Hub,

  • we use cookies to store your current Digital Capability level on your computer, so that when you use the site from your computer, you are presented with the with information and guides that are most relevant to your capability level
  • we can store your email address, which we use to show you your Digital Capability level and relevant Digital Guides
  • If you request support under the NSW SSTF program, we store information about your request to confirm your eligibility and meet our reporting obligations with the NSW Department of Communities & Justice which includes provision of de-identified information about your organisation.  

You are in control of the personal information you provide to us and you can change these details at any time by emailing [email protected].

How we secure and store your information

To protect your privacy and personal information we use trusted third-party providers - such as Survey Gizmo who also have strong data security and privacy policies (refer https://www.surveygizmo.com/privacy/#datasecurity). 

Staff and volunteers are required to sign our policies relating to privacy, and police checks are conducted for sensitive roles.
